The computer has been factory reset and comes with a fresh install of macOS Sierra. Once you turn on the computer it will prompt you to enter your information just like it came from the factory. 

These computers are GRADE B meaning they do show some significant wear but are still fully functional. The wear can included scratches, blemishes, and cracks on the casing and some scratches and blemishes on the LCD. The rubber pad on the bottom may also be a little floppy/loose (very common for this model). The pictures are in-house stock photos and are a good representation of the unit you would receive.

While the battery does hold a charge, its condition/life cannot be guaranteed.

Power adapter is NOT included. They can be easily found on eBay for around $15.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. After 30 days returns will not be accepted for any reason. There is a 15% restocking fee. If for some reason the unit is DOA the restocking fee will be waved.
